Our anti-slavery policy reflects our commitment to act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not occur anywhere in our supply chains.

Due Diligence Processes for Slavery and Human Trafficking

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risks, we conduct due diligence with our suppliers and expect our suppliers not only to have a similar anti-slavery policy but also to carry out documented assessments.

We also have systems to:

  • Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.
  • Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains.
  • Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.

Supplier Adherence to Our Values and Ethics

We have zero tolerance for slavery and human trafficking. To ensure that everyone in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values, we have a supply chain compliance program.

We have a dedicated compliance team, which includes representatives from the senior leadership team.

Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide [regular] training to our staff. We also require our business partners to provide training to their staff, suppliers, and service providers.

Our Effectiveness in Combating Slavery and Human Trafficking

After reviewing the effectiveness of the steps we have taken this year to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not occur in our supply chains, we plan to review our processes annually to identify areas for improvement and update processes.

This statement has been prepared in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our anti-slavery and human trafficking statement. It was approved by the board of directors on June 14, 2024.

Anti-Bribery Statement

Anti-Bribery Statement June 2024

We, GRP Europe BV, established and registered in the Netherlands with company number 92198678 and with a registered office at Swingboei 11, 1231 HE, Loosdrecht, operate globally within the battery storage system industry and are proud of our reputation for fair and ethical conduct wherever we do business. Our reputation is built on our values as a company, the values of our employees, and our collective commitment to act with integrity throughout our organization. GRP Europe BV, its directors, shareholders, and employees condemn corruption in all its forms, and we will not tolerate it in our business or those with whom we do business. From within the confines of our work environments, it is sometimes difficult to comprehend the extent of the harm that bribery causes to societies. It is not a victimless crime; far from it:

"Corruption... undermines democracy and the rule of law, leads to human rights violations, distorts markets, erodes the quality of life, and allows organized crime, terrorism, and other threats to human security to flourish. This malevolent phenomenon occurs in all countries - big and small, rich and poor... corruption disproportionately affects the poor by diverting resources intended for development, undermines a government's ability to provide basic services, fuels inequality and injustice, and discourages foreign aid and investment. Corruption is a key element in economic underperformance and a major obstacle to poverty alleviation and development." (Kofi Annan, former UN Secretary-General)

GRP Europe BV has an internal code of conduct that details how members of the organization should behave and what to do when confronted with corruption. Additionally, we expect all our contractors and suppliers to adhere to similar ethical standards. We review the code of conduct annually and make improvements where possible. We also expect all our contractors and suppliers to be equally vigilant.
